Fall FUNds 2026 Application

Sik-e-Dakh Band Council is pleased to offer a Fall FUNds Allowance for all registered Sik-e-Dakh Band members.

Application Deadline:

October 31, 2026

No applications will be accepted after this date.

Payment Amounts

Adults born 2008 or earlier:

$500 per person

Youth born 2009 or later:

$200 per person

For children born 2010 or later:

Payment will be issued to the primary parent/guardian.

Application Requirements

1. Be a registered Sik-e-Dakh (Glen Vowell 533) Band Member

2. Submit a completed application form by October 31, 2026.

3. Confirm or update your contact information, including:

• Mailing address

• Phone number

• Email Address

OPTIONAL - Provide a void cheque for direct deposit:

• The name on the void cheque must match the person applying unless you are the primary parent/guardian.

Please fill out one form per person. Ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing your payment.

Payment will be processed within 4 weeks from the time of submission.
