Sik-E-Dakh Band Council is pleased to offer a Fall FUNds Allowance for all registered Sik-E-Dakh Band members.

For children born 2010 or later:

Payment will be issued to the primary parent/guardian.

OPTIONAL - Provide a void cheque for direct deposit:

The name on the void cheque must match the person applying unless you are the primary parent/guardian.

Please fill out one form per person. Ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing your payment.

Payment will be processed within 4 weeks from the time of submission.
